We were involved in the development of the strategies and the fundamental concepts for the privatisation of:

• Bulgaria Air;
• Navigation Maritime Bulgare;
• Bulgarian River Shipping Co;
• Boyana Film

We were involved in the preparation of the TPP’s in Bobov Dol, Rousse and Varna.

We developed and changed the strategy for the privatisation of the minority state-owned stakes of already privatised companies and speeded up the process of their sale by offering them for privatisation through the stock exchange.

We developed the regulatory basis and introduced the public offering methods, centralised and non-presence public tenders, held at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. Thus the utilisation of the accumulated compensatory instruments and investment bonds resources was speeded up and the sales of minority stakes significantly increased.
