• the sale of 30% of Bulgarian River Shipping Co at the stock exchange, where compensatory instruments amounting to BGN 11 million were used;

ENERGY

• the privatisation transactions of electricity distribution companies in Bulgaria, acquired by CEZ a.s., the Czech Republic, EVN AG, Austria and E.ON Energie AG, Germany. The financial effect achieved following negotiation with the buyers of the electricity distribution companies exceeds EUR 700 million;
• the sale of TPP, Devnya – buyer Solvay SA;
